Apricot, Walnut, and Goat Cheese Appetizer Bites
I grew up near an Albertsons, and had many fond memories of it, so when we moved closer to a local Albertsons store, I was very excited to check it out.
They’ve got a new line called Signature, available exclusively at Albertsons and other stores in the Albertsons company, that includes everything from soup to nuts. From breakfast to dinner and everything in between, Signature has you covered with coffee, cereal, fresh produce, prepared foods, and pantry staples. Plus, all Signature products are backed with a 100% money-back guarantee.
I got to try out an assortment of Signature products at home, and let me tell you, we’ve been eating well over the past few days.
There was French roast coffee for breakfast. There was angel hair pasta, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and olives for a pasta dinner. Italian dressing for our salads. Cookies for dessert. And paper towels to clean up after!
I saved the bag of Signature apricots for a special goat cheese appetizer. I love goat cheese and haven’t written about it nearly as much as I should, considering it’s one of my favorite foods. Hopefully, this recipe will begin to make up for that.
These goat cheese appetizer bites are perfect for a party or any time you feel like being festive. They’re simple, yet look elegant served on a party tray, and can be whipped up in just minutes. Keep the ingredients on hand and you can be spontaneously entertaining!

I, personally, am not a fan of pairing sweet with cheeses, but my kids love things like this! I am saving this recipe right now – going to give it a try this weekend. It certainly looks yummy. Thank you for sharing!

I wouldn’t have thought I liked honey with cheese, but it can be spectacular together.

These appetizer cups look sinfully delicious! I love how simple they are to assemble, yet they look fancy enough to be something that you spent hours fussing over. The combination of apricots , goat cheese and walnut has my mouth watering!
Katie
And that is the perfect combination, no? Looks fancy, but is dead easy.

I got hungry during the photo shoot and the bites disappeared one by one… 😉

This recipe looks so creative and delish. I can’t wait to give it a try with my kiddos. I used to live near Albertsons, but we moved and I miss it so much, so I am jealous!!

We have one down the road from us. It’s nostalgic for me to go there, because I remember the one from my hometown when I was a kid.

Would you believe that I have never tried goat cheese? I really have no idea what it tastes like! These appetizers sound fantastic though, so maybe they would be the perfect chance to give them a try.
Katie
Whaaat? Really? It’s so good! Like a thicker, tangier version of cream cheese.

Goat cheese is one of the very few cheeses that I can stomach to eat (as I’m not so much of a cheese person) so this is something that I’d aboslutely love to try! Thank you so much for sharing.
Katie
Glad it sounds good to you! Thanks for stopping by. 🙂

These apricot walnut goat cheese appetizer bites look absolutely delicious! The recipe looks like something I can pull off – even with my limited cooking skills, haha. I’ll definitely give this one a try.
Katie
Limited cooking skills are no problem. 🙂
