The dinner cookbook I always wanted to write is finally here.

The I Love Dinner Cookbook

Come closer.

I’m about to tell you a secret.

Ready?

I hated dinner.  Not just “disliked” dinner or “didn’t care for” dinner.  Hated it.  I hated the whole idea of having to come up with some new and exciting dish at the end of the day.

And I really hated the cookbooks with recipes that had three dozen steps and seventy-two hours of preparation.  Who has time for that?

Not me, buddy.

So I took my repertoire of recipes and went to work, paring it down, streamlining it, making it fully accessible to every level of cook.  When I got done, I had a collection of winners—plus some bonus recipes from fellow cooks in the same boat.

Check out all the recipes you get in the I Love Dinner Cookbook.

I love a good cookbook! I have a small collection of cookbooks, but I still tend to look online for most recipes. I need to use my cookbooks more. They have so many great recipes!

I’m kind of with you on dinner. I have a very hard time coming up with ideas all the time and I really am not the best at it myself. Something like this might help me at least get some good ideas and not spend forever in the kitchen.

I am vegan so getting new vegan and vegetarian recipes is so important because I only cook three or four dishes. I have the same cookbook my mother gave me 40 years ago.

I can understand your hatred for dinner time: the need for trying to decide what to make can be tiresome, especially with a family of five! “I Love Dinner” cookbook sounds like heaven for disgruntled dinner-makers. The dish choices are really awesome.

I’m a cookbook addict which is quite funny because I hate to cook, but one thing I hate more is cooking the same thing over and over again.

I also hate dinner because the time is just so close to my bedtime, so I usually just have a light meal. These recipes would be great as well for brunch or lunch. 🙂
