  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or vanilla bean paste
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup frozen sliced bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1/3 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream


  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until very smooth.  Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

To make this smoothie gluten free, make sure that all of your ingredients are gluten free, especially jam, frozen yogurt, and ice cream labels.  These items can be cross contaminated during the manufacturing process.  Check the brand website or call the brand if you're not sure about an ingredient.
