Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Quaker® Oats old fashioned oats (do not use quick instant, or steel cut- they will not work the same)
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cannoli shell (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the milk, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then blend until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, combine the oats and the flavored milk. Stir, then cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir, then divide into two portions. Garnish with mini chocolate chips, and crumbled pieces of cannoli shell. Serve immediately.
