Ingredients
1/4cupheavy cream
1/4cuplight brown sugar
2tablespoonslight brown sugar
2tablespoonsunsalted butter
1pinchsea salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Heat over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Bring to a rapid boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool until warm, but not hot, to serve. To store, let cool to room temperature, then store airtight in the refrigerator.
