Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey and the breadcrumbs. Drizzle in the olive oil. Stir until well combined.
  2. Form 5 patties. Cook over medium heat on the grill or in a skillet for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 170F as read with a meat thermometer.
  3. Serve immediately. Top with vodka sauce or alfredo sauce if desired.
