2tablespoonswhite wine vinegar
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1pinchsea salt
1/2teaspoonhoney
1/4cupextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, salt, and honey until combined.
Gradually whisk in the olive oil a little at a time until the dressing is smooth.
Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator. If stored, whisk again before serving to make the vinaigrette smooth again.
