Browniescut into squares
White frosting
Green food coloring
Starlight mint candies
Red fruit rollupsAKA "fruit by the foot"
Instructions
Place the frosting in a bowl. Add a few drops of green food coloring and stir in. Add more food coloring for a deeper color.
Place the brownie on a serving plate (these are not easy to pick up and move after decorating). Spread a thick layer of frosting on top of the brownie square, all the way to the edges.
Unwrap a mint candy and place a marble sized dab of frosting on a flat side. Press the candy onto the side of the brownie. If there's a gap between the candy and the frosting on the top of the brownie, pull the candy off and add a bit more frosting before pressing back in place.
Continue pressing the mint candies all the way around the brownie.
To make the bow, fold over a piece of fruit roll up to make a loop that is just a bit smaller than the top of the brownie. Cut it and pinch the middle, then place on the brownie. Repeat this process to make an identical loop and place it perpendicular to the first loop.
Next, make two identical loops that are slightly smaller. Place each one perpendicular to the one before it on the brownie.
Finally, make a smaller circle out of fruit rollup, pinch the loop closed like a ring, then place it on the top of the other loops.
