  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C) and prepare an 8 inch (20 cm) square pan by lining it with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a microwaveable bowl, melt butter and chocolate together in 20 second bursts, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Blend in sugar and peanut butter. Add salt and vanilla and stir until smooth.
  4. Stir in eggs gently until incorporated.
  5. Stir in flour until just incorporated.
  6. Scrape batter into prepared pan and smooth out evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs attached.
  7. Cool completely on a rack.
