Make a beautiful yogurt bar with real fresh fruit and herb toppings! This recipe pairs fresh fruits with herbs to create easy, elegant yogurt parfait cups.
Scoop one cup of FAGE Total 2% Greek Yogurt into a bowl. Select an herb and chop it to produce 1/4 teaspoon of chopped herb. Stir it into the yogurt. Repeat with additional bowls of yogurt to make 4 bowls.
Top with each bowl with fruit. Recommended pairings: blackberry with sage, lemon with rosemary, orange with basil, and strawberry with mint. Sprinkle on 2 tablespoons of granola and drizzle on 1 tablespoon of honey. Garnish with a sprig of herb if desired. Serve immediately.
You can also zest an extra lemon and/or orange, then stir the zest into the yogurt for additional flavor.
