A blend of apple cider, tea, and chai spices, this delicious Chai Spiced Sweet Tea Hot Apple Cider recipe is perfect for fall, winter, and the holidays.

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Milo’s Tea Company, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #PassTheMilos http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV

Chai Spiced Sweet Tea Hot Apple Cider

I remember sitting on the swing on the front porch when I was a kid, gently rocking in the cold outdoor air with a cup of hot apple cider in my hands.  Hot apple cider always brings back memories of the holidays, particularly at my mom’s house, where it was the winter beverage of choice.  I’ve been inspired by this holiday memory to create a new recipe that incorporates three of my favorite things: apple cider, tea, and chai spices.

Fresh brewed Milo’s Tea is the ideal tea for using in this recipe.  It features natural ingredients and no preservatives or added acids.  I like to use the Sweetened with Cane Sugar variety because it has the perfect level of sweetness to pair with apple cider.  You can also use the No Calorie variety, which is also sweet, but contains no calories.

Milo’s Tea is a family owned and woman owned business that’s been making tea since 1946.  Now Milo’s Tea can be found in stores all over the United States.  Simple ingredient lists and high quality ingredients are why Milo’s Tea is my beverage of choice for holiday meals and entertaining.

Prepare a big batch to serve a crowd, or a smaller one for a more intimate gathering.  If you multiply or divide the recipe proportionately, you can serve any number of holiday guests—just make sure you have enough tea and cider.  Look for all the Milo’s Tea varieties at your local store: sweetened with pure cane sugar, no calorie and unsweet options, as well as lemonade and a lemonade/tea mix.

When you heat up the Chai Spiced Hot Apple Cider Tea, the whole house will fill up with the delicious scent of the holidays.

I found Milo’s Tea at my local Walmart in the refrigerated juice and dairy section but they are available at lots of retailers.  Find a store near you by using the store locator.

Yes, definitely! I like to chill it in the fridge rather than adding ice. Adding ice while it’s warm will dilute it.
